Not a scrub

This is not a scrub. I’ve tried the CVS generic, Nivea, Neutrogena, and this Oxy scrub. Only the Neutrogena provided real sloughing to remove the dead skin cells. The others were all weak with the “micro-particles” too little too or too scarce to provide any scrubbing. The Oxy does not smell as bad as the the CVS generic; however, I would commend the Neutrogena as superior in all traits even even though it is more expensive.

Most effective acne solution!!!

The only reason I purchased this was because it was on sale at Target for 16.99 and I thought what the heck. My expected values were beyond low. To my surprise, by the next day, my blemishes have either cleared or the inflammations went way down. After a week, my skin was closely flawless. Needless to say, when I went on my trip to Asia, I purchased it with me. I shared it with two of my cousins who were both suffering from severe adult acne. Works so fast!

I have been using this product for two weeks now, and I am astonished already at the betterment in my skin. I am 25, and only this year have started having terrible breakouts with whiteheads, blackheads, and milia centered for the most part on my cheeks right beneath my cheekbones. The hyperpigmentation (red marks that stay long after a blemish is gone) has been terrible! After just two weeks with this product already I am getting far less red, inflamed breakouts, and the hyperpigmentation from the former blemishes has faded dramatically! My whole face feels much smooother and is starting to look even-toned again. The smell is kind of funky, and I find the moisturizer to be a bit greasy for my tastes, but as you put it on at night, these are not deal-breakers, you just go to sleep and forget when it comes to it, wash it off in the morning. Bottom line is, after all the peels and “intensive” productions I’ve tried, this one works the sheer best, giving me fast, dramatic results.

I am in my mid twenties and have had acne for years. Have applied a million things in the hopes of clearing up my face, including Proactive and prescription drugs, with little to no results. My Mom purchased this for me on a whim. I tried it with utterly no expected values whatsoever, thinking it was going to be like all the rest, lots of hype and no results. WOW!!! READ THIS…

Well, I got what I wanted from this product, but I’m not sure that it is description would have lead me to believe that was what I would get. Buyer beware, this is not a light, tingley, toner type treatment! It’s an intense acid peel that seemed to target my “problem” areas very effectively. I employed the solution all over and as directed, it burned like a lot of of the acid peel treatments I’d had before and the problem areas where I had tough or thickened skin turned white. I applied moisturizer as directed, which helped with the burning, and went to bed. In the morning those areas had darkened substantially (not very attractive) and were all shriveled and wrinkled looking. These areas were a bit tender to the touch, but not one thing horrible. By the next day there was a bit of cracking and lifting of this thick wrinkly skin. I was careful not to peel these and over the next day or so, gently got rid of the skin that seemed to come off easily, leaving the skin that didn’t. By the third day most of the larger dark areas had come off and by the fourth day gorgeous much all of it was off, revealing lovely fresh skin underneath. Over the next week or two there was further and added slight peeling, but not one thing that a lot of good moisturizer couldn’t fix. Overall I was stoked with the results, but rather astonished by the intensity of this treatment at full strength. It hasn’t helped much with the acne issues so far, but did seem to make any areas with blackheads look much better. The next time I use it, I will cut it with the alcohol that the directions suggested as an option. Probably by one half or possibly less, but surely won’t use it full strength again unless I have 3-4 days to be out of the public eye. Of course next time I use it, there will be much less bad skin to remove, so perhaps the reaction won’t be as severe. As I said, I applied it all over my face and the intense peeling only seemed to take place on my nose and chin where the most blackheads and thickened skin were… Overall, I’m thrilled with this product, I just think the labeling and description was a bit benign for such a strong treatment.

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED?? BUYER BEWARE!!!

I purchased this product to help with the chest acne that i get (yuck!) and yes I am a women. I too thought that it would be just a toner/astringent …wow.. was i surprised. After my shower, I swabbed a lot of by way of my chest area and boy did it “burn”. My heart started to beat so fast..I couldn’t even lay down to sleep,then i took a cold towel and just wiped the area. The next morning my chest area was very dark brown(yuck) it looked worse than when I started. This product seems to act as a peel rather than a toner/astringent. It is now day 3 and that area skin is still dark, tight and shiny. I am now applying organic natural cocoa butter to the area twice a day. Hopefully it will BE o.k.

I just washed the area and i may see a great deal of skin peeling however, the area is still very dark. I emailed the vendor through amazon requesting a refund. This product works like a PEEL, and it WILL cause your skin to turn dark and peel, but your skin will stay dark. no where in the product selective information does the marketer indicate that this product would peel your skin. PLEASE BEWARE THIS WILL ACT LIKE A PEEL ON YOUR SKIN…BUYER BEWARE.

Excellent for Morgellons Patients

My wife has Morgellons Disease. This soap is EXCELLENT for getting rid of the fibers in her skin. She swears by this soap. She had the black fibers in the cuticles of her fingernails, and no matter what she tried to get them out, they without disruption kept coming out. Oil, especially, brought them out in droves. Since using this soap for ONLY 3 weeks, these black fibers have lessened, and the soap is likewise drawing them out of the rest of her skin on her body. These fibers stuck in the skin is VERY PAINFUL. She has gotten SUCH GREAT RELIEF from THIS GRISI BRAND SOAP. Simple, cheap, and works

This soap works. I’ve had oily, combining skin for years, mild acne, and have used everything from Proactiv, to Murad, to regular Neutrogena products, and this is by far the best. And, it’s cheap and lasts forever. As far as sulfur soap goes, this is a gorgeous straightforward product; the lanolin helps to moisturize while the sulfur does it is thing. I’ve employed this for two years now and can’t imagine doing without.

Best kept mystery in acne treatment

Sulfur is one of the oldest and most effective non-prescription treatments for acne and other skin problems. I keep this soap in the house for my teens and for my own occasional outbreak. I have noticed that it many times works for humans that benzoyl peroxide isn’t effective for.

It’s easy to use. Work up a lather on wet skin and then leave it there for 10 minutes before rinsing. Do this twice a day and in my experience, you will get started to see substantial betterment in 3-5 days. I keep it at the sink and in the shower, which is outstanding for teens who have galore acne on their backs. As with all acne treatments, washing more than twice a day is irritating and drying to skin, which may in truth make it worse, so stick to twice daily.

My daughter also uses Pomade De Azufre Sulfur Ointment 2.6 Oz Acne Cream De La Cruz along with the soap because it seems to lessen redness and scarring from acne and likewise keeps the pimples from getting arid and flaky while healing, which looks bad underneath makeup.
