Great Recovery Story, But Who Can Afford Their Plan?

The story that the son, Pax, wrote with regards to his addiction and recovery was great. It rang viciously true. I was into the book and ready to see how they could translate their $50,000/month Malibu treatment plan to the masses. The answer? They can’t. They commend hiring a western medical doctor, a clinical pyschologist, a massage therapist, a nutrionist, an acupuncturist, a hypnotist, and a doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the minimum “holistic treatment team”. They commend going to clinical pyschologist at least 3 times/week. During a question/answer part of the book, it was asked “What if I can’t afford all of this?” The answer? Ask to be treated for free. Tell them that they’d be part of a “Passages model team”.

Okay…

My HMO pay for 10 counseling sessions per year with a social worker. And the copay for that is $40 per visit. Somehow I don’t think I’m going to be competent to assemble this psychological dream team without a load of cash and a lot of free time.

Oh, and what must you do if your dream team doesn’t live in your little town? MOVE to a big city (just for a month).

I’m not a big fan of AA and their dogmatic religiosity, but at least they’re free and close by!

THE BIG BUCKS ADDICTION SCAM

Do not suppose too much aid with your addiction from reading this book. While there were numerous worthwhile, warmed over perceptivenesses this book is fundamentally a lengthy advertizing for their in-patient recovery program costing tens of thousands of dollars. There is not one thing in the book that helps you get unhooked from your addiction without their clinic and/or a myriad of experts trained in their methodology. DO NOT BUY! SCAM!

This book is a real scam. After chapter upon chapter of stories and then more stories, the author in the end gets to the major point of the heal which is: “alcoholism is affiliated to something that happened in your past and you will have to either visit their clinic or find a psychiatrist in town and get him to buy the book too so you both may discover what the underlying problem is.” I promise, this is what the book is all about. When you get to the final chapter and read this, it’s like, “I can’t believe I wasted time reading this rubbish” – DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and if you do, please say I’m right after you’ve read it.

I purchased this product for my 18 year old son after my husband had success with the Loma Lux for eczema. My son took it for 2 months and altho his acne has not wholly disappeared, the results were pretty dramatic. I felt good regarding the fact that this is exclusively safe and natural with no side effects like you might have with the prescription acne medication. I can’t say for sure that it will work for everyone but if you have a teenager with an acne problem you ought to give a try. Be conscious even though that it doesn’t work overnight, we begun to see results in my son’s compexion regarding 3 weeks after he begun using it. You have to be patient and you have to do not forget to take it each day.

Product didn’t work for me

I have been suffering from acne since I was twelve. I applied galore merchandise and thought that I will have to give this a try.

1st Month:

I didn’t see any changes taking two pills a day.

2nd Month:

Increased to three times a day (two in the morning and one at night). Nothing has changed.

3rd and 4th Month:

Continued using it 3x a day but it seems that it had no effect. (New pimples and Acne keeps popping out)

5th Month:

Decided to discontinue.

Note that I did continued using merchandise with Salicylic Acid/Tea Tree Oil/Benzoyl Peroxide to cleanse my face.

ONLY acne treatment that has EVER worked for me

I have had acne ever since I hit puberty when I was in 6th grade and I am now 23. The only thing that would help me was being in the sun A LOT without make-up or tanning in a tanning bed without make-up. I was so frustrated that the only thing that was helping my acne could later give me skin cancer. I necessitated an acne treatment that was natural and worked without harming me. I have tried everything from Pro-Active, to prescription pills and creams, to blue light therapy and the list goes on. I started taking the Acne Pill in conjunction with an acne scrub called, Acnexus and my face has cleared up at least 90% and I’ve only been using it for with regards to 5 weeks. I suggest this to any individual who has given up on their acne. This was my last stitch crusade and I am thrilled I actually tried it.
